TRUSSVILLE — Lew Burdette announced his run for Alabama Governor on January 4, 2022, and he discussed his campaign on Tribune Unscripted.
According to Burdette’s website, “Lew Burdette learned a strong work ethic from working at his Father’s family-owned, small-town grocery store in Roanoke, Alabama. This background built the foundation for Lew to excel as a business leader. Lew’s 13-year career with Books-A-Million included several executive positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Since 2002, it has been the thrill of Lew’s life to lead King’s Home as President. Under his leadership, King’s Home has quadrupled the number served by abused youth, moms, and children fleeing domestic violence.”
“It’s a thrill to move Alabama forward,” Burdette said during his interview on Tribune Unscripted.
